The world has learned that stress is bad and undesirable. We’ve been programmed to believe that the goal is to not to feel stress at all. Look at social media for example: how many people are publishing the harsh, the frustration, the stress, and the bad moments that all of us as humans go through? Pretty much no one. Yet, this is understandable because we don’t want to talk about stress. Stress can affect many aspects of our lives and we could pretty much blame every imbalance and illness to it, but stress is not all bad.
