It has become part of my morning routine, which I never rush. Personally, I enjoy it as a tea mixed in 4 oz. of lukewarm water. I no longer feel groggy in the morning but feel alert and ready to get on with my day, no longer feeling like I have to have an espresso beverage.

I’m new to Ayurveda and still learning but the small changes I’ve made, including Chyawanprash, have already brought my body relief. I’m definitely going to become a monthly subscriber.

I had been craving for a long time something like this that has all 6 tastes and vitamin C. When I ate it, it felt divine, nourishing, and pure. It’s definitely worth the extra cost compared to the cheap lower quality bottles that contain sugar and other impurities.

I am new to Ayurveda and this Chyawanprash has become one of the first steps I’ve integrated into my dinacharya. After a recent bout with COVID, I just couldn’t get my energy or vitality back. Nothing that doctors gave me or suggested helped in the least. That is when I decided to incorporate Chyawanprash into my mornings. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and I feel so much better. My energy has recovered and stays stable throughout the day. I am finding that I do not need caffeine to make it through my mornings anymore. As an added benefit, my friends keep telling me that my skin is absolutely glowing. This Chyawanprash will continue to be a part of my daily routine forever. I never want to go without this again.
