We are living in very uncertain times where it is difficult to plan for the weekend let alone next month. It seems many of us are moving from feeling some kind of comfort in the chaos to feeling stuck and anxious because we no longer know how long this will last. Because of the uncertainty, it’s easy to fall into old habits that don’t serve us. I’m going to give a few Ayurvedic and personal strategies I’ve been using to remain stable and sane throughout all of this.
