Ayurveda has for over 25 years been my inspiration to rediscover the lost connection with our food practices through Sadhana. My love for Ayurvedic cookery began through yoga, my love of spices, and wild foraging. My learning journey started in 2000 and I continue to study Ayurveda with Ayurveda UK. With a passion for raising awareness to adopt, adapt, implement, to nurture and balance and exploring these connections through travel. My favourite Sadhanas include yoga, wild swimming and journaling.
